The work, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) To approve the annual budget, plans and programs of the Centre (b) to approve proposals relating to the taking of assistance for the Center or the sale or transfer of immovable property,
(c) Evaluate the administrative and technical functions of the Center and give necessary instructions to the Executive Director,
(d) to approve the regulations of the Centre,
(e) to implement, to carry out,
the decisions of the Council (f) To discuss the irregularities established by the audit report of the Center and instruct the Executive Director of the Center to take necessary action for the irregularities,
(g) To give approval to the establishment schedule of the center, the rank of employees, the conditions of service of employees, wages and facilities as required,
(h) To perform other tasks as specified.
